Our farm has four very spacious holiday apartments that reflect the rustic charm of our ancestral farm. All accommodations are furnished in South Tyrolean style and equipped with modern comfort!
2-12 people will find plenty of space to relax here. The two 160 m² holiday apartments PUSTERIA on the 1st floor and the DOLOMITI holiday apartment on the 2nd floor are ideal for families and groups of up to 12 people each. Our apartment PLAN DE CORONES on the top floor with 130m² of living space offers space for up to 9 people, and our apartment CASIES on the ground floor has its own garden and terrace and space for up to 5 people.
Daily bread delivery service from our organic bakery AMHOF in Valle di Casies and our organic meadow eggs are just the thing for an enjoyable start to the day.
On request, your pet is also very welcome in our holiday apartments.

Informations worth knowing
Minimum stay
Our prices are based on a stay of at least one week per apartment and night. extra beds are possible, price 15 € – 30 €.
Children up to the age of 2.9 live with us free of charge.
The price includes:
Bed linen, towels, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, electricity and heating, WiFi and final cleaning.
We will be happy to provide you with toddler equipment free of charge on request.
Local tax
The local tax is levied by the accommodation establishments per guest and per night. For “farm holidays” the local tax in 2021 is € 1.75.
Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The income from the local tax is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructures and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events.
Pets
Your pet is welcome by prior arrangement. We charge € 5 per day (without food). Please bring your own basket or blanket.
Deposit
We look forward to your written reservation via email. The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit (booking security) of 30% has arrived on our account and you have received our booking confirmation.
Payment
You can pay the remaining amount in cash on site. Bank transfers must be made at least 3 days BEFORE departure.
Note: As of July 1st, 2020, it is no longer allowed in Italy to pay amounts in excess of € 2,000.00 with cash.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available from around 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m. at the latest.
Cancellation conditions
- up to 1 month before arrival 30% of the travel price (deposit) – If we are able to rent the apartment again for the period you have booked, then you can offset your deposit against a future stay in our house.
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the travel price
- 90% of the travel price in the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival
- in the event of early departure 100%

Travel insurance
We would like to spare you the financial disadvantages and the associated annoyance of cancellation!
